🦁Are you a lion or a lamb?🐏
This month I’m reflecting on boundaries. Are you a lion or a lamb? Do you have rigid boundaries or porous boundaries? (Obviously, it’s doesn’t have to be binary…many of us can be somewhere in between!) But, we’ve all heard this term be over-used and misused all over social media. Why is it so prevalent, and what does it actually mean? In this month’s newsletter, I’ll be diving into some specifics and best practices.

❤️🔥 ❤️🔥❤️🔥 It’s not too late to make this Valentine’s Day special!❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
I admit that Valentine’s Day is a cultural parade of romantic love in all of its tackiness, capitalist trash, and Hallmark sentiments. There are plenty of reasons why not to participate in all of that. But, try as I might to put it all in perspective, I still find myself wanting, as Liz Phair would say, “…all that stupid old shit, like letters and sodas…” There’s a reason why that stuff exists….

Happy New Year - the unresolution
I’ll make this quick. When everyone else is focusing on “improving themselves,” I am focusing on loving myself as I am. That is not to say that I am not fully aware of my imperfections and my growth opportunities! I just know that I could spend as much time focusing on loving myself, as I could on fixating on the areas I wish were different.

🌟Winter Solstice & Cultivating Presence and Attunement in Intimacy🌟
The winter solstice is approaching! We may find ourselves in the heart of a very busy season, and as the stress builds, you may wonder why? Why is it so stressful? I’ll tell you why— we are fighting the natural rhythm of the world.

🙏 Reaching Towards Gratitude & Reflection This Thanksgiving🌽
As Thanksgiving approaches, we find ourselves looking forward to family gatherings, sweet treats, and moments of gratitude. Yet, it’s essential to acknowledge that while this holiday is often celebrated, it also carries the weight of historical significance—especially as we remember the painful legacy of indigenous genocide. This is a time to reflect not only on our gratitude but also on the truths of our past, learning from history, and honoring the lives and cultures that have been impacted.

Fall Into Gratitude, Joy, and Sexy Vibes with Breathwork This Autum
It’s my favorite time of year!! I’ve had the joy of spending September in New England where I got to slow down and notice the subtle shift of seasons. Now that the trees are technicolor, the sun is setting sooner, and we can let go of our excuses so we can slow down and get cozy with ourselves—and with each other. As we celebrate the Autumn Equinox (aka Mabon), now is the perfect time to drop into gratitude, let go of what’s holding us back, and savor joy like that first sip of hot apple cider.
