❤️🔥 ❤️🔥❤️🔥 It’s not too late to make this Valentine’s Day special!❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
I admit that Valentine’s Day is a cultural parade of romantic love in all of its tackiness, capitalist trash, and Hallmark sentiments. There are plenty of reasons why not to participate in all of that. But, try as I might to put it all in perspective, I still find myself wanting, as Liz Phair would say, “…all that stupid old shit, like letters and sodas…” There’s a reason why that stuff exists.
Because some people like romance!
I am one of those people. I like grand gestures, and being taken to dinner. I like sweet notes and flowers. It may be because one of my core desires is to feel special. One could argue that buying a heart shaped box of chocolates is not special when they sell them at every Walgreens. However, if I were a person that happened to love that particular kind of thing, I would be delighted. Because, at the heart of it, it is about that person knowing me and what I like.
Don’t know what a Core Desire is? A Core Desire is the feeling that you want from sex. I work with my clients to help them tap into what they want to feel because when you can actually name your desire, you can begin to ask for it.
Romance can be described as a genre of personal fantasy, as well as books, movies, etc. It can be the framework for some people’s hottest sexual experiences that allow them to access their Core Desire.
So, if you are a partner to someone who loves romance, then keep reading.
It’s not too late to book a spot for you and your special person this Saturday, February 15 at our ❤️🔥 Partner Massage & Sensual Connection workshop❤️🔥 in Denver, Colorado.
Areina Naranjo, a licensed massage therapist, and I have been collaborating on a beautiful Valentine’s Day weekend workshop. Our desire is to provide you with the foundational tools to create an environment for deep intimacy with yourself and your partner, while experiencing the profound healing that sensual touch offers.
In this 4-hour workshop, we will practice somatic techniques that help you connect with another person while remaining fully aware of and present with your own pleasure throughout the experience. We are pairing this with essential massage techniques to help you gain confidence in the sensual exploration of your partner’s body.
What better gift to give your partner than actually acquiring skills to deepen intimacy for the long haul?
We will provide the tools to create an intimate setting for you and your partner, along with helpful tips to ensure your massage is delivered smoothly and comfortably for both of you and encourage sensory exploration through the art of intentional touch.
In order to accommodate modern relationship structures and remain inclusive to people who are solo, we are offering single tickets as well as couples tickets to include different configurations.
An, no, for the record, I don’t want a heart shaped box of chocolates.
