It’s my favorite time of year!!  I’ve had the joy of spending September in New England where I got to slow down and notice the subtle shift of seasons. Now that the trees are technicolor, the sun is setting sooner,  and we can let go of our excuses so we can slow down and get cozy with ourselves—and with each other. As we celebrate the Autumn Equinox (aka Mabon), now is the perfect time to drop into gratitude, let go of what’s holding us back, and savor joy like that first sip of hot apple cider.

Whether you’re curled up in a blanket, gettin’ hygge with it, or exploring intimate moments with a partner, fall is all about tuning in and getting present—and nothing gets you more in the moment and in your body than breathwork.

Gratitude & Joy: Sexy Breath + Energy Boosters
Gratitude is a superpower, and when paired with mindful breathwork, it’s a total game-changer for your mood and energy. Breathing deep while focusing on what you’re thankful for unlocks a sense of inner peace and turns up your pleasure receptors. When you tap into that gratitude, you start to notice all the good stuff already in your life—your body, your relationships, your joy. It is time to celebrate and harvest all the abundance in your life!

Breath is the gateway to more joy and deeper intimacy. Whether it’s taking a deep breath before a big laugh, or using breath to slow down and savor intimate moments, it brings you fully into your body. And joy is the ultimate turn-on—what else gets your heart beating faster and your body feeling alive? Let yourself follow that feeling.

Sexy Somatic Breathwork Practice for Gratitude
Want to amplify the good vibes this fall? Here’s a simple somatic breathwork practice you can use to feel more pleasure, presence, and gratitude every day:

  • Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes and start with a few deep, slow breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth.

  • Bring to mind three things that bring you pleasure—whether it’s the way your body feels after a work out, a moment of connection, or something simple like the sun on your skin. As you think of each one, breathe deeply into your belly and chest, holding the deliciousness inside your body for a moment.

  • On each exhale, release any tension, fears, or stress. Feel how your body softens, allowing space for pleasure to take up the space.

  • Bonus: Share this practice with your partner. Sync your breaths, take turns expressing what you’re grateful for about each other, and watch how this deepens both your connection and the sensual energy between you.

Mabon Vibes: Celebrate the Harvest & Let Go
Mabon is all about balance—light and dark, energy and rest, play and reflection. It’s a time to celebrate what you’ve cultivated in your life and relationships this year, but also to pause and breathe. Reflect on your personal harvest: What growth have you experienced? What wins, big or small, can you celebrate?

Breathe in your success. Breathe in your joy. And as you exhale, let go of any self-doubt or criticism that’s keeping you from fully enjoying the moment. Take this time to get cozy! Savor your favorite fall drink. Make space to write in your journal. Or just be present with your partner—and toast to what’s going right.

Letting Go: Using Breath to Create Space for What’s Next
Autumn is the season of shedding—just like the trees dropping their leaves, it’s time for us to let go of what no longer serves us. Breathwork can be a powerful way to release. Try this: take a deep breath in, squeeze every muscle in your body including your genitals, hold it for a few seconds, and then release it slowly, imagining you’re letting go of whatever’s been weighing you down. Maybe it’s old patterns in your relationship, stress from work, or limiting beliefs about pleasure and connection. Repeat this 3 times.

When you clear space in your body and mind, you make room for new experiences, deeper intimacy, and fresh, exciting energy. Plus, letting go is sexy! It’s about surrender, about trusting yourself to step into something new and unknown.

NEW OFFERING: Psychedelic Microdose Mentorship
I’m excited to share that I’ve recently added Psychedelic Microdose Mentorship to my practice! Integrating this into my s*x and relationship coaching is one of the things I’m most excited about right now. Microdosing psychedelics is an emerging tool for personal growth and transformation, and when used in a safe, supported, and intentional way, it can be a powerful ally in shifting old belief systems, releasing limiting patterns, and opening up new pathways of creativity and connection.

Here’s how microdosing can help:

  • Overcome Old Belief Structures: By subtly altering your consciousness, microdosing allows you to access deeper insights and release long-held patterns that might be blocking intimacy, creativity, or personal growth.

  • Increase Emotional Resilience: Microdosing can help regulate mood, allowing you to feel more present, grounded, and able to handle life’s stresses with ease and clarity.

  • Boost Creativity & Presence: Many people find that microdosing heightens their sense of creativity, connection, and presence—both in themselves and their relationships, thus enhancing your intimacy.

  • Deepen Connection to Self & Others: When combined with somatic practices like breathwork, microdosing can enhance your ability to connect with your own body and emotions, as well as improve communication and intimacy with a partner.

If you’re curious about how psychedelic microdosing could support your personal journey, I’m here to guide you safely and with intention. Together, we’ll explore how this practice can help you break free from old patterns and step into a more joyful, connected life.
